Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our Reservations office. If the refund is acceptable and adheres to the policies, the proper amount will be refunded.
In the event a cancellation becomes necessary:
1.-
Cancellations after 30 to 22 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of the first night room rate.
2.-
Cancellations 21 to 8 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
3.-
Cancellations 7 or less days prior to the date of arrival will result in a forfeit of the total amount.
4.-
Cancellations for any Peak Season reservations including Christmas and New Year (Dec 24th to Jan 1st) and Easter Week, will result in the forfeit of the total amount, as per stated in our payment policies for those specific dates.
In all cases BUENA VISTA LODGE will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE
It is agreed that BUENA VISTA LODGE will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy policy
BUENA VISTA LODGE will maintain any and all information regarding our guest private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used sole by BUENA VISTA LODGE under penalty of applicable law. Ishtar is the reservation system, doesn’t collect any Money. Each hotel has there own bank account. The payment on line is made it true the bank and the hotel is the only responsible for the reservations. Ishtar has there own security system.
